SHIPPING
- Standard Shipping: $6.50 for orders up to $50
- All U.S. orders $50+ ship for FREE
Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped, unless otherwise noted in the description of the item. You will receive your tracking info via email once your order has been shipped (please take into account weekends & holidays and be sure to check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox). Shipments may ship in multiple packages.
Items that are marked ONLINE ONLY will ship separately and will vary in ship times. This will be noted in the description of each item. These items are also NOT available for local pickup.
Please note, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out no earlier than Monday, so the first business day that an order could be received begins on Tuesday. The same applies to any order placed on a Holiday or after hours since the order cannot ship out until the next business day. Please take this into account when choosing Priority Shipping.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure shipping address is correct upon purchase. If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable”, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to re-ship the package. We will hold all returned packages for 14 days after invoice for shipping is sent. After that, all items will be donated to charity.
Once USPS has marked your package as delivered, we are no longer responsible for any items that might be missing, stolen, or packages damaged in transit.

LOCAL PICK UP
If you are local to Plum, PA (right outside of Pittsburgh) and would like to pick up your IN-STORE order, please use code PICKUP at checkout. Once this code is used, your order WILL NOT SHIP. Please also note: This code cannot be used on orders that contain ONLINE ONLY pieces.
Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive a "Your MB order is ready for pick up" email with the pick up address and all other information needed. If you wish to pop in and shop while picking up, please reply to the pick up email and we can set up an appointment. Any order sitting longer than a calendar week (with limited exceptions) is subject to being cancelled.
